    No coolant circulation

I put a hole in my rad. Got it fixed but now it wont circ ulate. It didnt overheat. The high temp works and it didnt come on. if its vapour locked. Or the water pump go that quick? Is there a way to bleed air out

what machine do you have? The 500/700's have a 6mm bolt with a copper crush washer on the cylinder head/thermostat housing area that will bleed the air out of the system. I don't have any experience with the 800 but i'm sure there is something similar on that motor.

I doubt that the water pump just quit working. Bleed the air out of the system and go from there. Actually, if you leave that bleeder bolt out of the cylinder head and start the motor, it will spit coolant out and you will know its pumping.

It is amazing that the air in the system will stop flow , but it will. MPS is right on the money.

Before you start it make sure you have coolant in the overflow.
