2010 Supermach front diff lube question

Sorry to beat this to death. But what else can you run in the front diff besides Polaris demand drive fluid that is equivalent. I have read that people are using Amsoil ATF also. My local ATV shop which is the only one around said i could run Silkolene Boa 80w-90 Hypoid Gear oil. He of course had it in stock. Will this work ok.

    I have a 2010 Wolverine supermach 800. Thanks

if you get the amsoil atf it must be low viscosity. its something like a 15w or 20w. cannot run gear lube in these or anything heavier. the on-demand fluid is the best fit because it does have more additives but the atf low viscosity will work.

I recently purchased a 2010 Supermach 700 and changed fluids after I got it. The service manual says to use 80w gear lube in the final drive (rear differential?) and in the front differential so that is what I used.

So you are saying this is ok for the final drive, but not the front diff?

Also is there any way to change the transmission fluid, or does this use the engine oil like others have mentioned?

    Thanks

80w is fine in the 700 it's the 800 that takes the lighter oil in the front diff
