    engine fan switch

i have a 700 cc ,carb'd,big muddy slash hi-sun and was wondering if anyone has put a hotter fan switch, so the fan will kick on at a higher temperature, on there unit? With the temp. guage , the fan cycles at 160-170 degrees, didn't know if anybody ever used an aftermarket auto. style sensor that made the fan kick on at about 190.

Seems like there has been discussion on that before but I don't remember the outcome. Why do you want it to run @ 190?

I thought warmer would be better, the fan shouldn't run as often and it would help burn off any moisture in the crankcase. My polaris stuff runs about that hot , i thought maybe someone might have tried it.
