Hisun 800 2013/2014 transmission linkage mod...

I noticed the new models have rods instead of a cable system to shift the trany. KMS or anyone have u notice this? I think my trany would shift alot better with the new style
and no more cable stretching or cables that can freeze up.

big question is can i put the new style on my
    2011 model?

Well i checked it out and it appears i should b able to just buy the parts to make the swap. But who knows i think im done with the chinese market ( i know i kniw i said this b4) after fighting sll summer t get my 800 up n running it has really turned me off as far as hiw easily it is to get parts here in Canada... All the dealers r fly by nighters most haven't even ridden a sxs before!!!

getting parts that aren't even packaged with part numbers and just the lower overall quality of "most parts"...
Polaris has a new 900 50" wide and i think i'm going to buy that..
just so much more support for the oem stuff online as well and all the aftermarket parts u could dream of.

I do look at all the other brands to see what is new and constructions, and I have noticed alot of surface rust on parts that are going to get wet or should be painted well or powdercoated.Kind of dissapointing.

Not yet but i sat in one today n can't believe how easy n smooth it shifts with the machine not even running!!!

I took a good video of the linkage today n looks like a simple swap. Prolly need t drill n tap that hole..idk i'll have t look at mine first.

that would transform the way i feel about that machine...cause shifting has always been gay n in snow no more freezing up of the cable.

We Ordered all the parts to upgrade our demo machine with the new linkage parts and waited for over 6 months to get them, but no luck. They even sent us the wrong parts once. But we never got the correct parts.

    pro tech yer back!! Lol

yep welcome to the Chinese market.... Gay!!!!! Lol

so i might have a hard time getting the parts is what u r saying? If i was a dealer i'd get that factory to make "kits" like that to upgrade all the old models. Linkage mod kit, oil cooler kit, etc etc....

We found out a long time ago that you can't make Hisun do anything!
But a kit would be great.
Maybe I will get with them again and see If I can get enough parts to do kits. But last time I could not even get enough to do 1 machine!
